ENDYSI was founded in 1995 by Hellenic Fashion Industry Association (SEPEE) in Thessaloniki and severs as a non-profit training Organization. ENDYSI is the only training Institute in the sector in Greece, certified by the National Accreditation Center of Vocational Training Structures - EKEPIS.

Aim
ENDYSI's basic aim is to provide high-level training, covering the training needs of employees in the clothing and textile sector, by using the most highly experienced staff and the most training modern methods.

Background
Since its inception, ENDYSI has functioned as a certified Vocational Training Centre with a wide range of activities. During this period it has implemented training programmes within national projects, submitted proposals and carried out projects as part of Community programs and initiatives, and has prepared a large number of studies and educational tools.

• Programs implementation for unemployed people.
• Study of local job & labour force market in the sector.

E.U Programs & Initiatives implementation
ENDYSIS has implemented many educational programs for the unemployed and employees in clothing companies, in terms of the European Social Fund and the programs "Adapt" and "Leonardo Da Vinci". Up to today more than 1000 people have been trained (employed and unemployed).
